Specialist Lease Extension & Enfranchisement Lawyer | Fully Remote | 3+ PQE | Competitive Salary (DOE)

We are working with a highly regarded firm that is home to one of the largest and most specialist leasehold teams in the UK. Acting for both freeholders and leaseholders across England and Wales, the team has developed an exceptional reputation in this niche area, handling circa 350 matters annually and having supported over 10,000 clients to date. Continued growth now presents an opportunity to add an experienced specialist to the team.

This role focuses exclusively on non contentious lease extension, enfranchisement, and right to manage work, allowing you to concentrate on technically interesting, high quality matters. Any contentious issues are handled by an in house specialist litigation team.

In addition to fee earning, you will play an important role within the wider team structure, contributing to the supervision, mentoring, and development of junior lawyers, making this a strong fit for someone who enjoys combining technical work with leadership responsibilities.

The firm is seeking a true specialist in lease extension and enfranchisement law, with at least three years’ dedicated experience in this area. This position is not suited to candidates with only ad hoc exposure; strong technical depth and a clear commitment to this niche are essential. Experience supervising others, a solid billing history, and the ability to manage and delegate work effectively are also key.

You’ll thrive in a busy, evolving environment and bring excellent organisational, IT, and communication skills, alongside a collaborative and positive approach to team working and client care.
Flexible working is central to this role, with options for fully remote, hybrid, or office based working across the firm’s Wiltshire offices. While flexibility is encouraged, some office presence is preferred due to the supervisory nature of the position.
