JOB TITLE: Property Litigation Solicitor
PQE: 6+ PQE
LOCATION: Northampton
SALARY: £Dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
As the appointed Property Litigation Solicitor, you will be handling a varied and high-quality caseload of property disputes. You will possess the ability to advise across the broad range of property disputes including residential tenant disputes, landlord and tenant issues and commercial lease disputes.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will have at least 6 years PQE in dealing with the full remit of property litigation matters. As the chosen Property Litigation Solicitor, you will be advising clients on residential and commercial property disputes including lease renewals, possession claims, dilapidation, forfeiture as well as complex, high-value disputes.
