Trusts Solicitor, 2-6 Years PQE, Hertfordshire, £60,000 - £80,000 (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Trusts Solicitor to join a reputable team. JOB REF: 8534.

• Applications are sought from Trusts Solicitors with between 2-6 Years PQE looking for that next step in their career.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include, preparing Deeds of Retirement and Appointment of Trustees, preparing Deeds of Appointment of trust assets from Discretionary Trusts and preparing Declarations of Trust to define beneficial interests in property
• You will have outstanding communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
• STEP qualification would be advantageous.
