Healthcare Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Birmingham, £55,000 - £75,000 (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Healthcare Solicitor to join a Top 50 law firm - JOB REF:8295.

• Applications are sought from solicitors with a minimum of 3 years PQE to join this highly reputable Healthcare Team in Birmingham.
• The team provide advice on all aspects of healthcare law, including clinical negligence, patient safety, consent to treatment, human rights, child law and mental health.
• You will be responsible for managing a caseload of litigated and pre-litigated clinical negligence cases
• Experience of defending high value and complex litigated and pre lit clinical negligence claims would be advantageous.
• You will be dealing directly with clients from day one and be expected to develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and new client contacts.
• You will have exceptional communication skills, ability to work to tight deadlines and also work well within a team environment.
