- Location: Manchester (Hybrid Working)

- Working Hours:  37.5 hours/week (8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday)

- Salary: Up to £75,000 (Dependent on experience)

Role Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of engineers, fostering development and delivering impactful projects.

- Project Management: Oversee highways and drainage schemes for infrastructure and building projects valued between £1m to £500m+.

- Technical Expertise: Provide innovative solutions across diverse sectors.

- People Management: Perform line management duties, ensuring team growth and efficiency.

 

Required Experience & Skills:

- Proven expertise in Civil Engineering.

- Must be chartered with 8 years of minimum relevant experience.

- Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.

- Proficient in managing resources empathetically and effectively.

- Technical competency with design software such as PDS, Flow, or Civil 3D.
