Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for construction projects
• Conduct detailed material take-offs and assist in procurement
• Manage and track project costs, variations, and valuations
• Liaise with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure budgets and timelines are met
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation
• Prepare interim and final accounts
• Contribute to project planning and value engineering initiatives

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator within the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of cost control, procurement, and contract management
• Experience working in an airport or highly regulated environment is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management (HNC/HND/Degree)
• CSCS card (an advantage)
• Security clearance for Heathrow Airport (or ability to obtain) - all training costs and development associated with operating for the company / within the Airport is provided by the business.
