Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring that students engage with their work and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Deliver pre-set lesson plans and support students in their academic endeavours.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere conducive to learning.
• Manage student behaviour effectively, promoting respect and cooperation among peers.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to monitor student progress and report on classroom activities.

Qualifications:

• A degree in a specialist subject relevant to the curriculum.
• PGCE qualification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in various educational settings.
