Multi Skilled Tradesperson – Plumbing Bias Location: North London
Pay Rate: £27 per hour (Umbrella)
Hours: Monday to Friday – Full Time Hours
Contract: 3-Month Ongoing Contract
Interview: Onsite Interview Required

We are currently seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Tradesperson with a strong plumbing bias to join a busy maintenance team working across North London.
This is a full-time contract role offering consistent hours and the opportunity for ongoing work.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out plumbing repairs and maintenance
• General multi-trade duties including basic carpentry, tiling, patch plastering, and painting
• Responsive and planned maintenance works
• Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience in plumbing and multi-trade maintenance withing social housing 
• Relevant qualifications or time-served experience
• Full UK driving licence preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and professional approach
