We’re looking for a skilled Electrician to join our team, carrying out safe, high-quality electrical works across housing. You’ll be responsible for repairs, installations, servicing, inspection, and testing to ensure homes are maintained to a high standard. With a focus on first-time fixes, you’ll deliver excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with BS7671 and all health & safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out electrical repairs, rewires, servicing, and testing to a high standard
• Diagnose and repair faults in line with Abri standards
• Work from drawings and specifications, ensuring materials and compliance testing are in place
• Provide electrical expertise for planned works, including kitchens, bathrooms, and full rewires
• Take part in the out-of-hours rota for emergency callouts
• Maintain a company vehicle and support apprentices/trainees

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

• Fully qualified Electrician with Achievement Measurement 2 and relevant social housing experience
• City & Guilds 2391, 2360 Parts 1 & 2, 2351/2330 Levels 2 & 3, or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
• Knowledge of BS7671 with practical competence in inspection, testing, and commissioning
• City & Guilds 2394/2395 (desirable)
• Strong IT and customer care skills
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel across locations
