The combined 'One Team' of a Council I'm working with are seeking an experienced professional for Redevelopment and Regeneration Manager roles. Lead the transformation of council-owned land and property assets, impacting communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead feasibility studies, develop options, and prepare business cases for small to medium-sized schemes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop schemes for council-owned assets.
• Commission and manage consultants for design, planning, and site preparation.
• Assist in procuring a delivery partner.
• Advise on redevelopment schemes, including feasibility and options appraisals.
• Address planning, contractual, and legal issues for proposed sites.
• Contribute to delivering medium-sized schemes.
• Work with consultants and contractors to ensure timely project delivery.
• Provide progress reports to Senior Managers and Members.
• Manage consultants and contractors.
• Support disposal and acquisition processes for regeneration projects.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Extensive experience in leading land and property redevelopments.
• Preferably public sector experience.
• Relevant qualifications like RICS or construction/regeneration certifications.
• Knowledge of RIBA stages.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects across multiple sites.
