Job Description

Vox Consultants are hiring for an Occupational Therapist within a London Borough Council.
Please do not apply for this role if you are not a Qualified Social Worker and are not Registered to Social Work England.

You will be:

To carry out Care Act Assessments for those discharged from hospitals.
Work with other professionals to ensure the best outcome for Service Users.
Completing CHC Assessments, Mental Capacity Assessments and Functional Assessments.

Essentials:

Valid Right to Work in the UK.
Registered to HCPC.
Industry relevant Frontline Experience.
Up to date with industry knowledge and legislation.
Subject to a clear enhanced DBS check.
