Job Description

Vox Consultants are hiring for an Adult Social Worker within a London Borough Council on a Locum basis.
Please do not apply for this role if you are not a Qualified Social Worker and are not Registered to Social Work England.

You will be:
You will be joining the Learning Disabilities Team; your main responsibilities will include:

Undertaking a caseload of service users with Learning Disabilities, assessing their needs and input an appropriate care plan in place.
Respond appropriately to unexpected events and crisis and can recognize signs of harm, abuse and neglect and how to manage these issues.
Deliver excellent strengths-based assessments, interventions, care planning, as appropriate.
Completing Mental Capacity Act Assessments.

Essentials:

Valid Right to Work in the UK.
Hold a Social Work Degree and has completed an ASYE.
Registered to Social Work England.
Industry relevant Frontline Experience.
Up to date with industry knowledge and legislation.
Subject to a clear enhanced DBS check.
