RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HEAD OF CORPORATE RESILIENCE
The Head of Corporate Resilience will lead the delivery of a wide range of initiatives designed to ensure full scale compliance with the relevant legislative framework and Regional Guidance, such as Resilience Standards for London. The post holder will play a central leadership role in the continuous development, evaluation and improvement of a wide range of Council policies and initiatives as well as imbedding a culture across the council which makes “resilience everyone’s business”. This will ensure that the council maintains a strong emphasis on risk mitigation and business continuity and a best practice approach towards critical incident and emergency management.

Requirements 
-Must have proven experience working in senior level management 
-Must have proven experience working in a housing association OR council
