Head of Service Safeguarding& Support

Vox Consultants are hiring for a Head of Service to join a Local Authority in the Wiltshire area on a Locum basis.

You will be:
Joining the Children Safeguarding and Support Service; your role will be to:

• Build on the Family Safeguarding Model, ensuring that this model of working is incorporated across the Service.
• Supporting Service Managers to drive performance, including oversight of the PLO process and legal planning.
• Working with the Director to ensure the Council deliver consistently good services for children.

Essentials:

• A Social Worker Bachelor’s Degree and an ASYE completed, as well as significant experience within Managing a Service within Children Social Work.
• Registered to Social Work England.
• Right to work in the UK.
