Child Protection Social Worker

Pertemps is recruiting an experienced Child Protection Social Worker to join a fast‑paced safeguarding service in Nuneaton. This is a frontline role where your professional curiosity, decision‑making and relationship‑building directly influence safety and long‑term outcomes for children at risk of harm.

You will:

• Manage a varied safeguarding caseload — including CIN, CP and court‑related work
• Complete high‑quality Child & Family Assessments — analysing risk, need and protective factors
• Deliver direct work with children and families — building trust and supporting meaningful change
• Work closely with multi‑agency partners — ensuring coordinated and timely safeguarding action
• Produce clear, evidence‑based reports — supporting planning, reviews and court processes

You need:

• Experience in child protection or safeguarding
• Social Work England registration
• Strong risk‑analysis and decision‑making skills
• Eligibility to work in the UK
