Job Description

Adults Social Worker - Transitions
£35.00 p/h
West Yorkshire
37 hours p/w, minimum 3 month contract

What you need:

A degree in Social Work or equivalent
Registered with Social Care Wales/ Social Work England
Previous experience within a Transitions Team or a similar Young adult social care setting is essential
Completed relevant post-qualifying training
Enhanced DBS check
Excellent communication and written skills
