I currently have an exciting position for an experienced Assistant Practice Manager for a well-established, independent Hearing Care practice based in Exeter.  The practice prides itself on offering a very professional service to their patients so are looking for someone who is well motivated, a keen team player, have excellent customer service skills, and general experience within healthcare.   Experience working within a clinical environment is preferred such as candidates who have worked in the following sectors  - Optical, Dental, GP practices or any other clinical environment.  They may also consider strong candidates from other backgrounds too if you feel you have the relevant experience.

 Skills required

Able to support the Practice Manager running a large team of clinicians and support staff, they have 6 testing rooms
Excellent customer service skills
Work within guidelines,  policies and procedures
Run efficient professional clinics
Excellent customer service skills
Adaptive and well-motivated

Working hours 37.5 hour week with an hour for lunch.
