Evening & Weekend Receptionist – International Beauty & Wellness Brand

We’re seeking immediately available ongoing Receptionists to support the UK hub of an innovative international beauty and wellness brand in West London during evenings and weekends. The space is vibrant, hosting brand events, training sessions, and creative gatherings, and you’ll play a key role in keeping it running seamlessly while helping it evolve. This role is perfect for those looking for flexibility, allowing you to fit it around other responsibilities. You’ll also join an early-stage, fast-growing UK office, with the chance to take real ownership of the front-of-house experience and help shape the culture of the space.

What you’ll be doing

• Greeting and registering guests with warmth, professionalism, and confidence
• Coordinating with building reception and event teams
• Managing meeting room set-up and refreshments
• Ensuring front-of-house and shared spaces are tidy, welcoming, and evolving with the office
• Supporting event logistics and wider team projects
• Helping to develop the office vibe, processes, and community

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in Reception, Customer Service, Facilities, or Front-of-House roles
• Hands-on, proactive, and keen to get involved in developing the office
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Confident using Microsoft Outlook and Teams
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• A brand ambassador with warmth, energy, and professionalism, and a genuine interest in the beauty and wellness industry
