Team Manager - Children & Families

Devon – Children and Families Team
Pay rate: Up to £48 Per Hour 
 
We’re seeking an experienced Team Manager to support our children and young people located in Mid & East Devon. Our Team Managers make a vital contribution to the delivery of high-quality social care services. We’re embedding our new restorative practice approach across our teams and making significant investment in training all practitioners and managers to build, maintain and repair relationships with our children and families. Applicants must be experienced as a Team Manager in Safeguarding and court work, and should have strong interpersonal and relationship skills to lead, support and develop the team.  They must be able to commit to being on site in Phoenix House, Tiverton  for 5 days every other week and then as required e.g. for training during non-duty weeks.

Requirements:
Qualified Social Worker - DEGREE LEVEL
Experience Operating at Team Manager Level
