Location: Vale of Glamorgan (Multiple Sites)
Contract: 9th June 2025 – 9th December 2025 (6 Months)
Hours: 37 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: £12.21–£15.77/hour + agency support benefits

- Qualities: Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player, with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Experience: Previous experience in construction or maintenance roles, with a solid understanding of working on-site.
- Requirements: Full UK driving licence (essential for site travel); eligibility to work in the UK.
- Bonus Points: Experience in void property maintenance or retrofitting; Welsh language skills (or willingness to learn basic greetings).
