Pay rate to £36/£37 per hour  
Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to work in an Integrated Neighbourhood Team in Suffolk Council. 
 
Senior Social Worker duties to include:
·         Care Act Assessments
·         Mental Capacity Assessments
·         Duty cover
·         Supporting other team members with casework
·         Reviews
·         Reablement reviews
·         Direct Payments
·         Digital Care
