Support Worker, North London
Pay rate, £27.20 per hour
Vitalis Social Care are recruiting for an experienced Support Worker in the North London region.
Job Role and Responsibilities: -

As a Residential Support Worker, you will be part of the team that provides a high standard of care to Children in Care.
To work within the standards as defined in the National Care Standards Act 2000, Children’s Act 1989/2004 and Every Child Matters and additional policies, procedures and standards specific to the setting.
Be responsible for the delivery of services to children and young people in the home, in such a way that safeguards and promotes their welfare.
To contribute and promote to the effective physical, social and emotional environment for children and young people which provides a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment to live. Attending internal and external appointment with young people.
To plan and participate in leisure and educational activities on site and off site daily.
