Pay rate £40.57 per hour
Vitalis Social Care are recruiting for a qualified Advanced Social Care Practitioner within Nottinghamshire.
Job Purpose and Responsibilities: -

Experience with Section 42 work and assessment work is essential.
This is a post that will require face to face visits with no consideration given to applicants who do not live within driving distance of Nottinghamshire.
A mixture of home working and office-based work is required.
