Pay rate £15.29 per hour
Vitalis Social Care are recruiting for an experienced Community Care Officer in the Nottinghamshire area.
Job Purpose and Responsibilities: -
In this role, your responsibilities and daily tasks will include:

Assessment of Care
Support Assessments
Mental Capacity Assessments
Commissioning Services
Hybrid Working
Face to face visits
