Adults Social Worker, Tameside
Pay rate £35 per hour

Vitalis Social Care are recruiting for an experienced and qualified Adults Social Worker to join an Integrated Care and Support team in Tameside.

You will take the lead on supporting adults to live well at home. You will be part of a friendly and supportive team and your work will include undertaking assessments, direct work with adults and families, Court work and formulating and implementing Support Plans.
