Community Mental Health Team
Pay rate to £43.78 per hour

Vitalis Social Care are recruiting for an experienced and qualified Adults Social Worker to join an established CMHT in the Liverpool area.

The ideal candidate will join the team to undertake assessments under the Care Act 2014, MCA 2005 and support planning, pursuing a strength-based approach with people experiencing and enduring severe ill mental health.
