Early Help Practitioner, North London
Pay rate to £24 per hour
Contract role within a Children and Families Social Work Team

Vitalis Social Care are recruiting for an Early Help Practitioner to join a Children & Families Team in North London.
You will need to hold a relevant qualification in Early Years Care and Education.
The role will involve working from both an office base and visiting family residences.
