Job Description
Join a dedicated PE department and help empower young women through sport. A secondary school in Birmingham is seeking a confident and energetic PE Teacher to deliver Girls’ PE from September 2025 on a full-time, long-term supply basis.

- Pay: £175 – £250 per day (dependent on experience)

The Role:
You’ll deliver high-quality PE lessons to girls across KS3 and KS4, covering a broad curriculum that includes both team and individual sports. The role includes planning, assessment, and supporting whole-school initiatives to promote physical well being. You’ll also have opportunities to lead extracurricular activities, sports clubs, and fixtures.
The Candidate:
We’re looking for a qualified PE teacher (QTS or equivalent) who can motivate students through inclusive and engaging lessons. Experience teaching Girls’ PE in UK secondary schools is essential, and candidates should demonstrate strong classroom management and a proactive, team-focused approach. A specialism in a particular sport or experience in leading extracurricular clubs would be highly desirable.
