Job Description

We are dedicated Accounts Administrator in the Wolverhampton area.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial administration and a keen eye for detail. As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our financial processes run smoothly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial records to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets.
  • Provide support during audits and month-end and year-end financial processes.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to accounts and payments.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Administrator or in a similar financial role.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
