The Role
You will teach Science across KS3 and KS4. Plan well sequenced lessons that build core knowledge, practical skills and confident exam technique. Use assessment to identify gaps and run short, targeted interventions. Mark to department policy and provide timely feedback. Contribute to shared schemes, practical set ups and moderation. Maintain calm routines using the school behaviour system. Set purposeful homework and keep accurate records. Safeguarding and clear communication with families are essential.
