The Role
As a Year 3 Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with pupils who need extra support to keep up with the curriculum. You’ll deliver small group interventions in literacy and numeracy and provide 1:1 guidance to children with additional needs. You’ll also assist with classroom management, prep resources and help create an engaging learning environment.
 
The Candidate
You’re a motivated graduate or experienced TA with a clear, confident communication style and the ability to build trust with young learners. You’ll need patience, flexibility, and a genuine passion for helping children thrive—especially those who need extra encouragement to stay focused and engaged.
