The Role
In this role, you’ll provide consistent 1:1 support to a primary-aged child with autism. You’ll help manage transitions, support classroom engagement, and assist with emotional regulation. Working alongside the SENCO and teaching staff, you'll contribute to the child’s learning and development by implementing structured routines and personalised strategies.
 
The Candidate
You're a psychology graduate with a calm, empathetic approach and a genuine interest in neurodiversity and child development. Previous experience with autism—whether through work, volunteering or family—is desirable. You’ll need strong communication skills and the resilience to handle challenges in a professional and supportive way.
