An ‘Outstanding’-rated 3-Form Entry primary school in the Ward of Edgbaston is seeking a full-time Teaching Assistant from September 2025 to July 2026. This role focuses on delivering small group intervention support across Key Stage 1 to boost progress in core subjects.
 
About the role:

• Lead small group interventions to improve literacy and numeracy
• Support pupils who need additional help with learning
• Work closely with class teachers to adapt learning materials
• Build positive relationships with young learners and help maintain a focused classroom environment

 
What we’re looking for:

• A graduate or experienced TA with a genuine passion for education
• Someone with experience working with children in a school or similar setting
• Patient, approachable, and able to adapt to different learning needs
• Interested in a future career in teaching or child development
