*** SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant
*** Immediate start until July 2025

*** Work in the primary schools SEN unit, supporting pupils with complex needs

This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate to gain valuable experience working with children who have complex special educational needs. Based in the school’s dedicated SEN unit, you will provide tailored 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils engage with learning in a structured and nurturing environment. You will assist with sensory and communication activities, provide emotional and behavioural support, and work closely with teachers and therapists to ensure each child receives the care they need.

The school is looking for a compassionate and dedicated graduate who is eager to develop their experience in SEN education. A background in psychology, education, or a related field is beneficial, but the key requirement is a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs. Patience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn are essential for this role.
