A fantastic primary school in Wolverhampton is seeking a dedicated graduate to join their team as a Teaching Assistant. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual looking to gain experience in education before progressing to teacher training.
 
The successful candidate will work alongside teachers to support pupils' learning and development, contribute to lesson preparation, and foster a positive learning atmosphere in the classroom.
 
Responsibilities:

• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
• Supporting pupils individually or in small groups to boost learning outcomes
• Preparing and organising resources for activities
• Encouraging pupil engagement and participation
• Tracking progress and providing feedback to teachers

 
Candidate Requirements:

• A university degree (required)
• A genuine interest in education and future teacher training
• Strong communication and organisational skills
