Key Stage 1 Teacher – Primary School – Bromley – September Start 
Pertemps Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Bromley that is seeking a passionate and committed Key Stage 1 Teacher to join their team from September. This is a full-time, permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive and forward-thinking school community. 
 
Location: Bromley 
Start Date: September 
Contract: Permanent or Temporary , Full-Time 
Salary: M1 – UPS3 (Dependent on Experience) 
Interview Date: ASAP 
 
About the Role: 

• Teach a Key Stage 1 class (Year 1 or Year 2, depending on experience and preference) 

• Deliver creative, engaging, and inclusive lessons in line with the National Curriculum 

• Foster a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that supports every child’s learning and development 

• Assess and monitor pupil progress, tailoring support to meet individual needs 

• Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and parents to create a cohesive approach to teaching and learning 

 
Ideal Candidate: 

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) 

• Has strong knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and assessment frameworks 

• Brings enthusiasm, creativity, and excellent classroom management 

• Demonstrates strong communication and teamwork skills 

• ECTs are encouraged to apply – the school offers a comprehensive induction and mentoring programme
