Lower Key Stage 2 Teacher – Acton – September Start (Temp to Perm or Permanent) 
Pertemps Education is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Lower Key Stage 2 Teacher to join a friendly and inclusive mainstream primary school in Acton this September. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to inspire pupils in Years 3 or 4 and become part of a supportive and forward-thinking school team. The position is offered as temporary to permanent or permanent for the right candidate. 
 
Pay: M1 – UPS3 (Dependent on Experience) 
Location: Acton 
Start Date: September 
Contract: Temp to Perm or Permanent 
Interview Date: ASAP 
 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the Lower KS2 curriculum 

• Create a supportive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment where all pupils feel valued 

• Promote positive behaviour and a strong classroom culture 

• Adapt teaching approaches to support children with SEN, EAL, and a range of learning styles 

• Assess and track pupil progress, using data to inform planning and interventions 

• Build positive relationships with colleagues, pupils, and parent 

• Take an active role in school life, including staff meetings, planning, and development opportunities 
   

What We’re Looking For: 

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent 

• Experience teaching in Lower Key Stage 2 (Year 3 or 4) 

• Excellent classroom management and organisation skills 

• A reflective and enthusiastic teaching style, with a passion for helping pupils thrive 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
