Adult Senior Social Worker, North Lincolnshire 
£38 per hour  
Social Care Connect Team - Duty Senior Social Worker. 
 The Social Care Connect Team is the front door for Adult Social Care at North Lincolnshire Council. 

• Provide operational oversight of the SCCT duty function, ensuring statutory responses are timely, proportionate, and risk‑informed. 

• Performance‑manage duty activity to maintain safe decision‑making, throughput, and quality standards. 

• Act as a calm, authoritative point of leadership during high‑pressure duty periods, including managing high‑risk and complex referrals. Ensure effective screening, triage, and workflow allocation, balancing demand, capacity, and risk. 

• Apply a solution‑focused approach to problem‑solving, escalating barriers appropriately and implementing pragmatic actions. Support and challenge staff on duty to promote consistent thresholds, defensible decisions, and reflective practice. 

• Monitor performance indicators and contribute to service improvement within the SCCT model. 

• Maintain oversight of safeguarding decisions and escalate concerns in line with local protocols.
