Pay rate to £35 per hour 
Contract role, LD Team 
 
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Adult’s Social Worker in Southampton. 
This is to work in a Learning Disability Team Team 

• We are looking for a Senior Practitioner/Social Worker who has an extensive experience in learning disabilities and neurodiversity. 

• Completion of robust S42 enquires  

• Completion of evidence based Mental Capacity Assessments  

• Completion of strengths based Care Act reviews/Assessments and Support Plans  

• Multi agency working to manage risks and to achieve best outcomes for individuals we support 

• Experience of CoM DoL work and court of protection essential
