Professional Practitioner in Family Intervention, Somerset 
 £38 per hour  
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced practitioner with skills in the family help context. We are looking for a worker with the skills to assess, plan and intervene with children and their families with a range of complex needs to prevent escalation to statutory childrens social care intervention.   
We are a large dynamic team and are looking for people with dynamic assessment and planning skills to assess need, reduce risk and offer brief targeted interventions in a whole family context.  
You will be able to hit the ground running, contacting and engaging with families, and multi-agency teams with informed consent, and offer assessment, brief intervention plans to reduce risk and need. 
 
 
There is plenty of hybrid working available.
