Experienced social workers full time 36hrs Front Door Team Knowsley Hybrid working Main responsibilities To have experience and understanding of duty function and ability to work within a fast paced team Experience of undertaking Social Care Needs Assessments, Mental Capacity Assessments, safeguarding's, DST's/CHC Case Recording skills Ability to right size support and signpost where necessary Ability to evidence, manage and escalate risks Time management skills Care user essential 
 
£31.15 per hour  
You will need to have experience in a similar role.
