Occupational Therapist, Wolverhampton 
27 hours per week - days and times to be discussed at interview - this is for a field worker with experience of aids and adaptations. To work as part of the Independent Living service. Completing assessment for people with complex health and social care conditions. 
Pay rate - £up to 36 per hour  
There is plenty of hybrid working available.
