To contribute to the operational delivery of an effective Children’s Social Care Service as part of a team responsible for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people who will be leaving or have left care provision, continuously improving outcomes. To be responsible for support, guidance and work with young people in accordance with national and departmental procedures and guidance. This post is for care experienced team 1
