The Education Network is looking to appoint a driven and organised Candidate Resourcer to join our successful Birmingham team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to build a career in education recruitment.

As a Resourcer, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment consultants by sourcing, screening and supporting teaching and support staff for schools across Birmingham and the West Midlands. You will be part of a supportive, friendly team where hard work is recognised, and career progression is actively encouraged. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to begin their career in recruitment, or an experienced Candidate Resourcer who wants to join an awesome team!

The Role Will Include:

• Sourcing candidates for teaching and support roles using job boards, databases and social media
• Speaking to candidates to understand their experience, availability and career goals
• Registering candidates and completing compliance and safeguarding checks
• Building strong, long-term relationships with teachers, Teaching Assistants and support staff
• Working closely with consultants to find the best talent to support our schools
• Keeping accurate and up-to-date records on the CRM system

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A confident and professional telephone manner
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, education, or customer service
• A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
