We are looking for a driven and ambitions Recruitment Consultant for this 360 role, where you will be managing and developing relationships with new and existing clients / candidates. Ideally you will have previous education recruitment experince, however applicants from other recruitment sectors who are looking for a fast paced and rewarding role are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Running a full 360 desk across SEND, Secondary or Primary schools depending on your previous experience and best fit
• Building brilliant relationships with both candidates and schools
• Recruiting and placing quality teachers and support staff
• Driving new business, networking and growing your presence
• Embodying our values — integrity, transparency and community impact

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in recruitment (education experience ideal but not essential)
• Someone ambitious, proactive and motivated by more than numbers
• A natural relationship builder with strong communication skills
• A team player who wants to grow their desk and career, and support their colleagues
