Job Role:

• Teaching a small primary class of pupils with a range of complex learning needs
• Planning and delivering creative, differentiated lessons to meet individual pupil needs
• Creating a nurturing and engaging classroom environment
• Working closely with an experienced Teaching Assistant to provide personalised support
• Building positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
• Contributing to a compassionate school culture where pupils feel safe, valued, and motivated
