Local Authority Housing, Housing Services Advisor, East London 
Pay rate to £26.40 per hour 
Contract role, Housing Services Contact Centre 
 
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Housing Services Advisor for a Local Authority in East London. 

• As the first point of contact for residents contacting us, you will provide professional and responsive support across a wide range of service areas, including repairs, leasehold services, rents, estate facilities and general customer enquiries 

• Ideally, you will have worked with housing repairs and are confident using the Northgate system 

• This is initially a fully office based role, with some hybrid working available after a 2 week training programme 
   

You will need to have experience in a similar role in a Local Authority Housing setting.
