Pertemps are recruiting for experienced Adult’s Social Workers in Merseyside 
This is to work in a Review Team in the Wirral area. 
The Project review team has been tasked to review Placements, Nursing, Res, NEMI & REMI, supported living, Day Cay services, Direct payments, Extra care Housing, Domiciliary POC, all of which may not have been reviewed in some time. The aim is to maximise efficiencies, ascertain if CHC checklist are required. 
 
 
There is plenty of hybrid working available.
