Job Description

Vox Consultants are hiring for a Town Planner for a Local Authority based in the Greater Manchester area.
Please note, this is a Contract opportunity.
You will be:

Developing Planning Policies.
Assessing Planning Applications to ensure they comply with laws and regulations.
Consulting with stakeholders.
Work to promote sustainability.
Wring reports.

Essentials:

A Degree in Planning/ Designing or a related field.
Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or eligibility for membership.
Strong working knowledge of UK Planning Laws and Regulations.
Relevant UK experiences preferable.
