Adults Occupational Therapist | Slough, South East England | £38.86ph | Long term contract Full time - Hybrid working 

We are currently seeking a skilled Adults Occupational Therapist to join a supportive and well-resourced team in Slough. This role offers hybrid working, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

🔍 Role Overview: You will be working within the Adult Social Care team, undertaking comprehensive Occupational Therapy DFGs, POC reviews and Moving and Handling case work to support adults with complex needs. Your role will be pivotal in promoting independence, wellbeing, and safety through tailored interventions and equipment provision.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional assessments and develop person-centred care plans
• Prescribe appropriate equipment and recommend adaptations (including DFGs)
• Complete manual handling and risk assessments
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
• Support hospital discharges and community-based rehabilitation

✅ Requirements:

• HCPC registered Occupational Therapist
• Experience within adult social care and community settings
• Strong working knowledge of the Care Act 2014 and associated legislation
• Confident in recommending both minor and major adaptations
• Able to work independently and manage a caseload effectively
